Hi Carla.
This is pure guesswork...but my guess would be Mary Jane, wife of Daniel Main, died 1858, aged 23 years.

Anna & Carla, That's a pretty good guess, lol. (I could use your eyes) I'll be in St. Clairsville next mo. Perhaps I can also examine it firsthand. Might you have any additional photos ? Perhaps a longer view, showing the general location ? It looks large and distinctive, but Union is fairly large.
The Ester Powell book doesn't have the MAIN surname for this cemetery, but that doesn't really mean anything. Nor did I find it on f.a.g., but it's not all inclusive either. Perhaps these names are in the census ?
