Title: Easy Chicken Hot Pockets Description: My husband likes to take these in his lunch box.
These delicious sandwiches are made with crescent rolls, but the mixture can be used on toast for hot toasted sandwiches. They are yummy! Ingredients: 2 large cans of crescent rolls (8 rolls each) 1 - 8oz. philadelphia cream cheese 1 - small chopped onion or larger to taste 1 - large can of canned chicken (My personal choice is my own stewed chicken) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
When separating the crescent dough leave two triangles together to form a sandwich square, in other words, an 8 count package will make 4 pocket sandwiches. Pinch the perforated edges together on each square. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Mix together: Drained chicken, softened cream cheese, and the chopped onion. Place about 1/8 cup or 2 heaping teaspoons of the mixture onto the center of each square.
Bring opposite corners up to meet at the top and pinch in place to hold the dough together. Pinch down the sides of the pockets.
Bake 375 degrees for about 18 minutes or until you think the dough is done. Number Of Servings:8 Hot Pockets Preparation Time:30 minutes.
